Barnsdales was established in 1905, and quickly established itself as one of the leading property consultancies in South Yorkshire. We have now grown beyond this, having offices in numerous different locations in the UK, and a team of over 50. We encompass a number of distinct divisions all within the Barnsdales Group offering specialist advice in the following areas:

Barnsdales – commercial property agency, property management and professional services, including RICS compliant valuations covering the whole of the UK

Barnsdales FM – a full facilities management service covering the whole of the UK

Regional Property Auctioneers – offering regular property auctions; usually 6 times a year

Since 2018 we have also acquired the following business David Allberry & Co in Cirencester, Bridge Property Management in Rotherham, Swift & Co  in Sheffield, Blake Property Management in Aylesbury and Marriotts Commercial in Nottingham.

We are proud to hold Quality Assurance accreditation ISO 9001, and we value our membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) – the two foremost bodies that govern the professional standards of our industry.

We are on the valuation panel for Legal & General, VAS Panel and Method, as well as many High Street Banks including Barclays, Cambridge & Counties, Together some Private Banks and Building Societies and housing associations including ACIS Group and St Leger Homes.
